These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, participants, spectators, customers and users of Gravity Trampoline Park facilities, including trampoline areas, ninja activities, climbing activities, soft play areas, dodgeball courts, basketball activities, party areas, events and any other attractions operated by Gravity.
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking, entering a Gravity venue or participating in any activity, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Safety Rules and any instructions provided by Gravity staff.
Gravity operates venues at St Johns and Manukau in Auckland, New Zealand.
Gravity aims to provide a fun, safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Gravity Trampoline Park venues and services.

The applicable company entity will be the contracting party responsible for bookings, purchases and services provided at the relevant venue.
By purchasing a ticket, making a booking or using a Gravity venue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions with the applicable Gravity operating entity.
Gravity maintains separate Safety Rules for the use of its attractions and facilities. The Safety Rules are available on our website and within each Gravity venue.
All participants and supervising adults must read, understand and follow the Safety Rules before participating.
Gravity activities involve physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, impacts, slips and other injuries that may occur through active play.
All participants must:
Gravity staff may stop a person from participating if they are behaving unsafely, failing to follow instructions or presenting a risk to themselves or others.
Grip socks must be worn when using Gravity trampoline areas and any attraction where grip socks are required.
Customers may wear:
Any alternative grip socks must be clean, safe and suitable for active play.
Parents, caregivers and guardians are responsible for supervising children in their care unless the child is participating in a separately booked supervised programme operated by an external provider.
Gravity is an active play environment and caregivers must ensure children understand and follow venue rules and staff instructions.
Children must not be left unattended unless participating in an approved supervised activity.
Participants should only take part if they are physically able to safely participate in active play.
For the safety of all visitors, customers should not attend Gravity if they or their child:
Gravity reserves the right to refuse participation where there is a reasonable concern regarding a person’s health, safety or ability to participate safely.
Gravity regularly maintains and inspects its attractions.
From time to time, attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Gravity will endeavour to keep attractions available wherever possible but cannot guarantee every attraction will operate at all times.
Temporary closure of an attraction does not automatically entitle customers to a refund where other activities remain available.
Gravity may also temporarily close part or all of a venue where required for safety, operational or other reasonable reasons.
Party bookings, school groups, corporate groups and other organised activities may have additional requirements and conditions.
The organiser is responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring participants comply with Gravity requirements.
Separate Risk Assessment and Management (RAMS) documentation may apply for organised groups where required.
Holiday programmes hosted at Gravity may be operated by independent external providers. The external provider is responsible for their programme delivery, staffing arrangements and supervision obligations.
Participants in external programmes must also comply with Gravity’s Terms & Conditions, Safety Rules and venue requirements.
Customers may bring snack food into designated areas where permitted.
Hot food is not permitted unless specifically approved by Gravity as part of an organised event or booking arrangement.
Food and drinks must only be consumed in designated areas.
Customers are responsible for keeping areas clean and disposing of rubbish appropriately.
Birthday cakes may be brought into booked party areas only.
Party food is not permitted in general spectator areas.
Lockers may be available for customer use. Customers are responsible for securing their own belongings.
Gravity does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items, including items stored in lockers.
Customers are encouraged not to bring valuable items into the venue.
Gravity is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.
Gravity may refuse entry or require a person to leave the venue where they:
No refund will be provided where a person is removed due to unsafe behaviour, or for any of the above reasons, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
If a child becomes separated from their parent, caregiver or group, Gravity staff will assist in locating and reuniting the child with their responsible adult.
Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring Gravity has accurate contact details where required for bookings.
Children must remain with their supervising adult unless participating in an approved supervised activity.
Gravity reserves the right to prohibit items that may create a safety risk or affect the operation of the venue.
Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons or items considered unsafe are not permitted within Gravity venues.
Where reasonably required for safety, security or operational reasons, Gravity may request inspection of bags, belongings or items brought into the venue.
Gravity may refuse entry, require removal of any prohibited items, or remove the person(s) who bring in prohibited items.
Photography and video recording are subject to Gravity's Privacy Policy.
Gravity may capture photographs or video footage within its venues for operational, promotional, marketing, website, advertising and social media purposes.
Gravity will take reasonable steps to protect customer privacy and will not intentionally identify individuals without appropriate permission.
Customers may take photographs and videos of themselves, their own children, family members and friends, provided doing so does not interfere with safety, staff instructions or venue operations.
Customers must respect the privacy of others and must not intentionally photograph or film other individuals without their consent, particularly where children are involved.
Commercial photography, filming, content creation or promotional activity requires prior written approval from Gravity. Gravity may require any person to cease photography or filming where it reasonably believes such activity may compromise the privacy, safety or enjoyment of customers, visitors or staff, or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.
All Gravity branding, logos, designs, images, website content, promotional materials and other intellectual property remain the property of Gravity or its licensors.
No Gravity content may be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written permission.
By making a booking, purchasing products or providing contact details, customers agree that Gravity may communicate electronically regarding:
Customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
Gravity’s collection and use of personal information is governed by its separate Privacy Policy.
Gravity promotions and discounts are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer.

18.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Gravity.
Customers are responsible for checking booking details, including:
Gravity is not responsible for errors made during the booking process.
18.2 Payments
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at the time of purchase.
Gravity reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid for.
18.3 Changes to Bookings
Customers wishing to amend a booking should contact Gravity as soon as possible.
Gravity will endeavour to accommodate reasonable booking changes where availability allows, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
18.4 Cancellations, Credits and Refunds
Gravity understands that plans can change.
For general jump sessions and standard bookings, customers may cancel their booking prior to their scheduled session time and request a refund, provided Gravity receives at least 12 hours' notice before the scheduled session and subject to any applicable booking conditions.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where approved.
Party bookings, group bookings, school visits, holiday programmes, special events and other organised bookings may have separate cancellation conditions.
Where separate cancellation conditions apply, those conditions will be provided at the time of booking and will take precedence over these general cancellation terms.
Where Gravity is unable to provide a booked service due to circumstances within Gravity’s control, Gravity will work with customers to provide an appropriate solution, which may include rescheduling, credit or refund.
Party bookings include the activities, allocated party space and time periods outlined at the time of booking.
Customers must:
Party spaces are available only for the booked period.
Additional time may be available subject to availability and additional charges.
Party booking cancellations and changes are subject to Gravity’s party booking cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Schools, clubs, corporate groups and other organised groups may have additional requirements.

Gravity may require additional documentation, including RAMS forms, for organised groups.
Group booking cancellations and changes are subject to Gravity’s group booking cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.
Gravity concession cards provide customers with discounted access to Gravity sessions as specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Customers are responsible for keeping their concession card details secure. Gravity is not responsible for unauthorised use where card details have been shared.
Gravity gift vouchers may be redeemed for Gravity products and services as specified at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Customers acknowledge that Gravity activities involve physical activity and inherent risks associated with active play.
Participants are responsible for:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding participants, including any relevant information that may affect safe participation.
Gravity operates in New Zealand and customers acknowledge that New Zealand’s Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) scheme applies to personal injury claims.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights available under New Zealand law, including rights provided under the Accident Compensation Act 2001.
Customers remain responsible for participating safely, following Gravity’s Safety Rules and following staff instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gravity is not responsible for:
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable New Zealand consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.
Gravity welcomes customers of all abilities.
Customers are encouraged to contact Gravity before visiting if they have accessibility requirements or questions about participation suitability.
Gravity will work with customers where reasonably possible to support safe participation.
Gravity will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or inability to provide services where caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Where possible, Gravity will provide reasonable notice and work with affected customers to provide an appropriate solution.
Gravity may temporarily close a venue, part of a venue or individual attractions where required for:
Gravity will endeavour to provide notice where reasonably possible.
Closure of an individual attraction does not automatically entitle customers to a refund where other activities remain available.
When completing an online booking, customers confirm that they:

☐ agree that all participants will follow Gravity’s Safety Rules and staff instructions;
☐ confirm they are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all participants included in the booking;
☐ accept responsibility for ensuring children and participants under their care comply with Gravity’s requirements;
☐ acknowledge that Gravity’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, stored and used.
Where a participant is under 18 years of age, the person making the booking confirms they are the parent, guardian or authorised caregiver responsible for that participant.
Gravity values customer feedback and aims to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.
Customers should contact Gravity directly with any concerns relating to their visit, booking or experience.
Providing feedback helps Gravity continue improving its services and facilities.
By entering a Gravity venue, purchasing a ticket, making a booking or participating in any Gravity activity, customers confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all participants under their care comply with these Terms & Conditions and Gravity’s Safety Rules.
