3.1 CCTV Monitoring

Gravity operates CCTV throughout its facilities to help provide a safe and secure environment for customers, visitors and staff.

  • operational and risk management purposes.

CCTV notices are displayed throughout our venues.

CCTV footage is generally retained for approximately three weeks unless it is required for a specific purpose, including:

Customers should not publish or share identifiable images or videos of other individuals unless they have permission from the relevant person or, where applicable, their parent or guardian.

Photography and filming are strictly prohibited in:

  • toilets;
  • changing areas; or
  • any area where people would reasonably expect privacy.

Commercial photography, filming, influencer content creation or promotional activity requires prior written approval from Gravity.

Gravity may request that photography or filming stops where we reasonably believe it may impact the privacy, safety or comfort of customers, visitors or staff.

Gravity is not responsible for photographs or videos captured, shared or published by customers or other third parties.
