These Birthday Party Terms & Conditions apply to all birthday party bookings at Gravity Trampoline Park venues operated by Gravity St Johns Limited and Gravity Manukau Limited.
These Birthday Party Terms & Conditions apply in addition to Gravity’s general Terms & Conditions and Safety Rules.
The person making the booking is referred to in these terms as “you/the organiser”.
By making a birthday party booking, you agree to these Birthday Party Terms & Conditions, Gravity’s Terms & Conditions, Safety Rules and any instructions provided by Gravity staff.
Gravity birthday parties include:
Party bookings may include access to attractions available at the selected venue, including:
Attractions vary between venues and may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, safety requirements, cleaning, repairs or operational reasons.
Party bookings must be made online or through an approved Gravity booking process.
The person making the booking is responsible for:
The person making the booking confirms that they are authorised to provide participant information to Gravity and consent to Gravity collecting, using and storing personal information in accordance with Gravity’s Privacy Policy.
A booking is confirmed once required payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Gravity.
The party organiser is responsible for supervising children attending the party.
Gravity party bookings do not include dedicated party hosts or individual supervision of children unless specifically included as part of a package.
Parents, caregivers and guardians remain responsible for children in their care throughout the visit.
The organiser must ensure all guests:
Gravity staff may stop any participant from participating where safety requirements are not being followed.
Your reserved party area will be available 30 minutes before your scheduled jump session to allow time for decorating and preparing.

The following are not permitted:
Customers are responsible for removing decorations, rubbish and personal belongings at the end of the booking.
Where excessive cleaning, damage or additional staff time is required due to a party booking, Gravity reserves the right to charge reasonable additional costs.
Birthday celebrations, including:
Birthday celebrations are not permitted in general spectator areas, café areas or shared seating areas.
Customers may bring their own:
Pizza and other food deliveries are permitted. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery during their allocated party time and collecting deliveries from reception where requested.
Alcohol is not permitted at Gravity birthday parties.
Candles
Candles may only be used where permitted by Gravity.
Customers must:
Gravity may restrict candle use where required for safety reasons.
Party area hire is paid at the time of booking.
Jump sessions are charged based on the number of participants attending on the day.
Customers only pay for jumpers who attend.
Final participant numbers will be confirmed at check-in.
Gravity reserves the right to charge for additional participants who attend beyond the numbers confirmed at check-in.
All participants entering trampoline areas must wear Gravity-approved grip socks.
Grip socks may be purchased at reception if required.
Guests should arrive at the beginning of the scheduled booking time.
At check-in:
Late arrivals are welcome to join the party; however, the scheduled jump session will still finish at the original booked time.
Jump time cannot be extended due to late arrivals.
Party bookings are scheduled back-to-back.
At the end of the allocated booking time, the party area must be vacated so Gravity can prepare for the next booking.
If additional time is required, customers must speak with Gravity staff before the booking ends.
Extensions are subject to venue availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If a group remains in the party area after the allocated booking time without approval, applicable extension charges may be charged.
This cancellation policy applies specifically to Gravity birthday party bookings and forms part of the booking terms accepted at the time of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where approved.
Rescheduling requests may be considered where availability allows but cannot be guaranteed.
Participants should only attend if they are fit and well enough to safely participate.
Customers should not attend if they or their child:

Gravity reserves the right to remove any participant from activities where they create a safety risk or fail to follow instructions.
Gravity aims to provide access to advertised attractions wherever possible.
However, attractions may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Temporary closure of an attraction does not automatically entitle customers to a refund where other activities remain available.
Gravity welcomes guests of all abilities.
Customers are encouraged to contact Gravity before booking if a participant has accessibility requirements or questions about suitability.
Gravity will work with customers where reasonably possible to support safe participation.
Customers are responsible for their own belongings, including:
Gravity is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
Gravity understands that parents and caregivers may wish to capture memories of their child’s birthday celebration.
Customers may take photographs and videos of their own child, family members and invited party guests during their visit, provided this does not interfere with safety, staff instructions or venue operations.
Customers must respect the privacy of other children, families and visitors. Customers must not intentionally photograph or film individuals outside their party group without their consent, particularly where children are involved.
Customers should not publish or share identifiable images or videos of other individuals unless they have obtained permission from the relevant person or, where applicable, their parent or guardian.
Photography and filming are not permitted in toilets, changing areas or any other area where people would reasonably expect privacy.
Commercial photography, filming, influencer content creation or promotional activity requires prior written approval from Gravity.
Gravity may request that photography or filming stops where we reasonably believe it may impact the privacy, safety or comfort of customers, visitors or staff.
Photography and video may also be captured by Gravity in accordance with Gravity’s Privacy Policy.
Where these Terms and Conditions provide that Gravity may charge additional costs, the organiser accepts responsibility and liability for payment of those costs.
By booking a Gravity birthday party, the organiser confirms that they:
☐ have read and agree to these Birthday Party Terms & Conditions;
☐ have read and agree to Gravity’s Terms & Conditions;
☐ have read and agree to Gravity’s Privacy Policy;
☐ understand Gravity activities involve physical activity and inherent risks;
☐ accept responsibility for ensuring guests follow Gravity requirements and Safety Rules;
☐ understand and agree to Gravity’s photography and video recording requirements;
☐ confirm they are authorised to make the booking on behalf of all participants included in the booking.
Where participants are under 18 years of age, the person making the booking confirms they are the parent, guardian or authorised caregiver responsible for those participants.
