We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business.
We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
We have not enabled Google AdSense on our site but we may do so in the future.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details in order to process transactions and bookings.

Your personal information is contained behind secured applications and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
Credit card information is protected at all times- we use a merchant hosted facility which use a 128/256 bit SSL encryption processed through an international standard payment gateway, ensuring maximum data protection.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of all general entry for full refund purposes.

For any confirmed Birthday parties we require 2 weeks notice for a full refund otherwise there is a cancellation fee of the birthday party deposit.

For exclusive, group or holiday bookings, the $50 deposit in non-refundable.
